Homemade Eggnog Big Batch or Single Serving
12 Eggs (separating 6 of them is optional)
BEAT until light & creamy.
Very gradually, beat in 1 lb. powdered sugar & 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Slowly add 2 quarts cream, 1 quart whole milk, OR 3 quarts of Fat-Free 1/2 & 1/2.
Add one quart rum or brandy or whisky, or a combination thereof. ALSO DELICIOUS WITHOUT ALCOHOL!!!
OPTIONAL~whip 4-6 egg whites till stiff; fold into the eggnog.
Top with nutmeg, and optional cinnamon.

SINGLE SERVING HOMEMADE EGGNOG
In large mug, place one egg and whip with a hand whipper until creamy. Add 3-4 T. powdered sugar, a few grains of salt, and mix well. Add 1 1/4 cup cream, 1/2 & 1/2, or fat-free 1/2 & 1/2 and blend till creamy. Add nutmeg and optional cinnamon to taste. OPTIONAL~ Add rum, brandy, or whisky to taste, or a combination.
