Pomegranate Pudding

Our fabulous pomegranate pudding, easy to make, and great for weight loss, weight management!  Really helps boost metabolism, and is part of our fabulous inch loss program that really works!

Pomegranate pudding -- one of my favorite comfort foods that is healthy and helps take off the weight and inches! Too good to be true you ask? It's kind of an ''invention'' of mine---well, more of a creation I suppose! But do give it a try!!!!

Pomegranates are delicious, gorgeous, AND nutritious!! They are high in and potassium, vitamin C, and fiber --- plus, low in calories. Pomegranates are high in three polyphenols, a Super Antioxidant. Tannins, anthocyanins, and ellagic acid are found in many fruits, but pomegranates have particularly high amounts of all three. These antioxidants are said to help in the prevention of cancer and heart disease.

Ready to make your Healthy Delicious Pudding?

Our fabulous pomegranate pudding, easy to make, and great for weight loss, weight management!  Really helps boost metabolism, and is part of our fabulous inch loss program that really works!

Take 8-10 oz. Organic Plain Yogurt (you choose the brand; Trader Joes has an excellent European CREAMY version!), and add to that one serving of inch loss powder, vanilla flavor, although the strawberry is a nice variety, or the cocoa for something very unusual!!! Soy Protein is another great nutritional powder for making Healthy Pomegranate Pudding!

Add one packet of pomegranate green tea powder and stir well. I like to let it sit for 10 minutes or so, it gets creamier than ever, and the flavors have time to meld together, YUM!

In the photo I used a big drinking glass because it's so easy to stir with no spilling, but any bowl will do nicely as well!
