Super Healthy, Super Delicious
Pomegranate pudding -- one of my favorite comfort foods that is healthy and helps take off the weight and inches! Too good to be true you ask? It's kind of an ''invention'' of mine---well, more of a creation I suppose! But do give it a try!!!!

Ready to make your Healthy Delicious Pudding?
Take 8-10 oz. Organic Plain Yogurt (you choose the brand; Trader Joes has an excellent European CREAMY version!), and add to that one serving of
inch loss powder,
vanilla flavor, although the strawberry is a nice variety, or the cocoa for something very unusual!!!
is another great nutritional powder for making Healthy Pomegranate Pudding!
Add one packet of
pomegranate green tea powder
and stir well. I like to let it sit for 10 minutes or so, it gets creamier than ever, and the flavors have time to meld together, YUM!
In the photo I used a big drinking glass because it's so easy to stir with no spilling, but any bowl will do nicely as well!
